The Philips Arena Guest Sales and Service Center, conveniently located near the Hawk Walk entrances, at the base of the Thrashers Nest stairs and across from Portal 9, is the primary location for all guest sales and service inquiries and needs.
Our Guest Service Center attendants are available every event to provide answers to questions, assist and resolve service challenges and provide various specialized services from the moment the doors open until the well after the end of each event.
In addition to answering questions and addressing your service needs, the Guest Sales and Services Center is a great resource to provide the following services:
